
Processing Times
All orders are hand-packed with care and ship within 3–5 business days.
During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Once an order is placed and you need to make changes, please email amy@thefragrantnook.com with your order number and details, and we’ll do our best to help. We are available Monday–Friday.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you via email. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.
Flat-Rate Shipping - Domestic Shipping Only
We offer simple, predictable shipping so you always know what to expect.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on this flat-rate structure for your convenience.
International Orders
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!
Transit Times
Once picked up and scanned by the carrier, delivery typically takes 3–15 business days, depending on destination, carrier volume, and weather conditions.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is created. Please note: tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the label is generated.

After Your Order Has Shipped
After a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery progress becomes the responsibility of USPS or UPS. While we are here to help guide you, we do not have control over delays, mis-deliveries, or final delivery outcomes.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out to your local post office first for the most accurate insight. You are always welcome to contact us as well at amy@thefragrantnook.com, and we’ll assist however we can.
Delivery Issues
At The Fragrant Nook, we want your order to arrive safely and in a timely manner. While we do our best to support you throughout the process, some delivery circumstances are outside of our control once a package is in the hands of the carrier. Below are a few helpful guidelines if you ever experience a delivery concern:
Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Don’t See Your Package
If your tracking status says Delivered but the package is not at your doorstep:

Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit delays are outside of our control. However, we are always here to help point you in the right direction.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier, but we are happy to help troubleshoot and support you throughout the process.
