Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of your delivery date. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging.
Partial Refunds (When Applicable)
In certain cases -- and at our discretion, only partial refunds may be issued, such as:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming that we have processed your return.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.
Please allow standard processing time for the refund to appear on your statement. Banks and credit card companies may require additional time before a refund is officially posted.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Exceptions may be made in the event of a product defect or malfunction, as determined solely by The Fragrant Nook. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be considered. Please contact us at: amy@thefragrantnook.com should you need to report an issue.

Damaged Orders
We carefully package each item, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at amy@thefragrantnook.com within 48 hours with photos of the box, packaging materials, and the damaged item. We’ll make it right.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned product. After we receive and process the return, a gift credit will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and gift cards are not returnable and have no cash value.
Return Shipping
To return an item, please contact us first at amy@thefragrantnook.com for instructions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
